Advanced Concrete Technologies, LLC is a Portland, Oregon–based company providing specialized concrete testing, field inspection, structural repair, and consulting services. We help general contractors, engineers, building owners, and public agencies ensure that concrete structures are strong, durable, and built to specification.
Our office is located at 11627 SE Morrison Street, in southeast Portland, Oregon, ZIP code 97216. This location places us in the heart of the Portland metropolitan construction corridor, with quick access to I-205, McLoughlin Boulevard, and the major commercial and residential sites across Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington counties.
Advanced Concrete Technologies brings together certified concrete technicians, structural engineers, and field inspectors with decades of combined experience in concrete quality control, forensic evaluation, and repair design. We operate a fully equipped materials testing lab and a fleet of field-testing trucks, allowing us to sample, test, and report on concrete at any stage — from fresh concrete on the job site to hardened concrete in existing structures.
To deliver reliable, accurate, and timely concrete quality assurance and repair services — protecting the safety of the public, the investment of building owners, and the reputation of contractors and engineers across the Pacific Northwest.
Years of Experience
Projects Completed
Slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, and concrete casting for compressive strength cylinders (7-day and 28-day breaks) — delivered on-site or in our lab.
Core drilling, compressive strength of drilled cores, ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV), rebound hammer (Schmidt), and Windsor probe testing on existing structures.
Cover-meter scanning to locate reinforcement, half-cell potential testing for corrosion, and ground-penetrating radar (GPR) for post-tension cable and conduit detection.
Evaluation and repair design for spalling, cracking, scaling, and delamination — including epoxy injection, jacketing, overlays, and corrosion-inhibiting treatments.
Fall-off, flatness (FF/FL) profiling, joint evaluation, pavement condition surveys, and load testing for slabs-on-ground, parking lots, and warehouse floors.
Mix design review, pre-pour inspections, curing recommendations, temperature control for mass concrete, and contractor quality-control support throughout the project.

We provided concrete testing for 40,000 cubic yards of structural concrete, including cylinder breaks, temperature monitoring, and post-pour core verification — all on schedule.
We evaluated a 40-year-old parking structure, identified chloride-induced corrosion, and recommended a phased repair program that extended the structure's life by 20+ years.
We profiled a 250,000 sq. ft. warehouse slab, delivered FF/FL reports, and worked with the contractor to achieve superflat floor tolerances for narrow-aisle forklifts.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT); on-site testing available by project schedule.
